These seeds are mineral-rich, teeming with healthy fatty acids and high in vitamin E. This proprietary pressing method itself is so delicate, and so precise, that it ensures that the molecular structure of our seed oils is never disrupted or damaged.

Styrian pumpkin oil is pressed from rare pumpkins grown specifically for their seeds. The rest of the Pumpkin is discarded but the seeds are super valuable and sought after for the liquid “gold” they produce. While normal pumpkin seeds are white, Styrian pumpkin seeds are a deep emerald green.Their unusual colour is thanks to the abundant variety of bioactive compounds they contain. It has more antioxidants than any other common edible oil.
Every bottle contains the oil of thousands of Perfectly Pressed organic seeds. Our special pressing process ensures that there is no damage to the oil.
The finished product is stored in UV-protective Miron glass bottles to maintain quality over time. Zero damage equals zero rancidity.

On Food: Styrian pumpkin oil’s vibrant flavour makes it a perfect base for salad dressings and sauces. Add equal parts of Styrian pumpkin oil and balsamic vinegar to a jar, put on the lid, and give it a good shake. You’ll end up with a rich, nutty, complex balsamic vinaigrette that’s great on salads.
Quick note, though: Never heat your Styrian pumpkin oil. It will destroy delicate nutrients and fatty acids.
Food Uses: What many customers love to do is add Perfect Press® Styrian Pumpkin Oil to food after it’s been cooked. You can also add it to a smoothie, juice or a salad.

Topically on skin: Mix a small amount of Styrian pumpkin oil with a neutral carrier oil like jojoba and use it as a moisturizer.The vitamin E, antioxidants, and zinc will keep your skin smooth and hydrated. You can use Styrian pumpkin oil undiluted as a deep moisturiser, but you’ll want to wash it off after a few minutes - the dark green colour will stick around if you let it.
