All ingredients are centred around increasing levels of ⬆️ NAD, and decreasing the activity of a key enzyme that breaks down NAD: ❌ NNMT.
We provide two of the best and well known ingredients; NMN and NR, the precursors B3 derivatives well reported to increase NAD+ levels.
On the other end, the two small molecule peptides, 5-Amino 1MQ (5-Amino 1-methylquinoline) and JBSNF-000098 inhibits the NNMT enzyme; resulting in further increased NAD+ levels via shuttling of nicotinic acid back into the NAD salvage pathway rather than it being metablized and removed via the NNMT enzyme.
By blocking NNMT, 5-amino1MQ and JBSNF stimulate a substantial increase in NAD+ levels. NAD+ has been shown to improve cellular metabolism, increase metabolic rate and activate the sirtuin-1 longevity genes.These peptides also drive insulin sensitization, glucose modulation and body weight reduction in animal models of metabolic disease.
