Shipping Information

All Orders

Shipping times are currently longer than usual especially for orders outside of Australia due to current worldwide postage system delays. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

All orders of Daily Beauty will be shipped immediately as usual. All orders made of Daily Gut and Daily Sleep will be shipped after they are released in mid-March 2022.

If you purchased both Daily Beauty and Daily Gut or Daily Sleep, your Daily Beauty will be shipped now and your other teas will be shipped at no extra cost after they are released in mid-March 2022.

All orders will be shipped with Sendle where email tracking is included. If the shipping address is remotely located or is to a P.O box, your order may be shipped with Australia Post.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are currently longer than usual due to current worldwide postage system delays, espeically for orders outside of Australia.

Once an order has been shipped out by us, we are unable to control over how long it takes to get to you. We recommend checking in with your tracking notifications sent to your email. We do not offer refunds for delayed parcels as this is unfortunately out of our control.

 

If a package has been lost during transit, do contact us at open@dailyglowin.com so that we can open an official investigation with the appropriate courier.

Important International Shipping Information

Customs Restrictions

We DO ship internationally. We strongly suggest that when ordering outside of Australia and New Zealand, check with your local customs agency for potential Rules and Regulations and restrictions on importing Herbal Tea before placing your order. 

So far we have shipped internationally into USA, Canada and UK and have had no problems.

 

We are not responsible for any packages seized by customs due to customer non-compliance with custom Rules and Regulations. A refund will not be offered if this occurs.

If our store does not allow your to purchase from us and you have checked that there are no restrictions for your location, email us at open@dailyglowin.com so we can arrange for your shipping location to be added to our store.

Custom Fees

Our international shipping costs do not include Import fees, Duties or Taxes. These are calculated and charged by your local customs agency once the shipment has arrived in your country.

 

Depending on your location, you may need to pay a customs fee to your local customs agency when receiving your package.

 

You may wish to check this with your local customs agency.

Shipping Costs

International shipping costs are subject to change in accordance with changes in courier pricing. We are currently absorbing half of the cost of international shipping and will keep the shipping prices as low as we can. 

Current international costs can be seen by adding the item to cart, proceeding through the checkout and entering in your address.
